• Maintain the
Alumni Records on the website
o Take pictures of all graduating members and officers
during the quarter
o Collect their information (full name, officer
positions ever held, during what
period of time they were in the
Accounting Society, graduation date,
and the name of employers)
o With the alumni permission, send the picture and
collected information to the
Webmaster
o Network with alumni who already graduated through
events such as weekly meetings,
Fall/Spring Awards Banquet, Meet the
Firms, firm tours, and other similar
events. Try to build up the Alumni
Records by collecting their
information.
• Print and
post updated information on the
bulletin board
o Work with historian to develop new pictures at least
once every 2 weeks
o Post current newsletter every week
o Post pictures of
officers before the beginning of the
quarter

the first meeting

officers with paperwork and in other
aspects in the process of obtaining
funding requests
